The recipes are closer to home cooking than restaurant cooking but so far are delicious, think "herby meatballs with perserved lemons and butternut squash" or "lamb and chard stuffed pita" or "bread and trout salad" or "Ijeh" (vegetable fritters) or "chilled yogurt soup with radishes and sumac" or "avocado salad with mint, cilantro, and hard-boiled eggs".
