A staple of family get togethers for about 30 years has been roasts done on a Farberware Indoor Open Hearth Rotisserie Grill. Over the years, my brother has made an art at picking up used ones at garage sales, pawn shops and so on. Which was fortunate, as elements went out, motors went out and so on. Well… the last one is on its last legs and Farberware no longer makes it. The used ones on Amazon are going for about $500. Can anyone recommend a standalone (not an add on to a specific appliance) indoor rotisserie with a large capacity (say a 16 pound prime rib)?
