Hi,
I'm thinking of making this recipe soon, and was curious what the rest of you think of the following instruction.. It calls for 3 cans of lentils, and 3 cans of tomatoes and he uses the following sentence:
- Stir in the tomato purée and balsamic, then tip in the lentils, juice and all. Add the
tomatoes, then fill each tin with water, swirl around and pour into the pan.
If you read this, would you fill the 3 empty tomatoe cans with water and add them, or include the lentil cans aswell to make it a total of 6 cans of water?
I know i can just start cooking and make a guess after 3 cans of water to add more or not, but i'm also curious how you would interpret it..
The whole recipe has been published online and can be found here: https://www.tefal.com.au/blogs/recipes/a-better-bolognese
