Not sure if I'm just being blind but I've not been able to find any book(s) with a recipe for Coronation Quiche. Plenty on YouTube etc.

This particular quiche has only recently been mentioned by the King so it's not likely to be in any book yet. Maybe after the coronation is over 😀

Before the announcement of this "celebration" dish I had made my own spinach-based quiche. I was not impressed with the texture, combination or taste. I won't be making it again.
