I ordered a small ham from Snake River Farms. Just outstanding ham. It is what's called mini carver but even that, I think it's going to be enough for 6 separate dinners for two people. Last night I simply sliced it and served for us with two types of mustard, the wonderful blue cheese sweet potato au gratin from Panna, and steamed veggies.
Do you have any tried and true recipes using leftover ham or ham in general? I would be very interested in what you recommend for us to try. Thanks!
