Wow, FJT, that's an impressive pace of trying new dishes! You've inspired me to re-adopt an old resolution, that greatly expanded my skills (and pantry) when I put it into practice for most of a year -- to cook one new dish a week.
EYB bookmarks have made it a lot simpler to choose a recipe to try. It's particularly satisfying when the new dish expands the regular rotation because it's a successful, new-to-us way to enjoy an ingredient that's easily available and a regular part of our larder (e.g. chicken, sweet potatoes, black beans, etc.) But EYB has also been a great help in taking advantage of occasional finds: interesting citrus in mid-winter, uncommon fresh herbs unexpectedly available, a neighbor's windfall of peaches...
