Title says it all but I have a few un-indexed books that I'd like to add notes for various recipes.

Is that possible?

Thanks

I always add notes to the book itself, like here. I figure that when the book gets indexed they should be pretty easy to move to the recipes themselves.

That's what I do too.  And you could always index the book if you really wanted to: https://support.eatyourb...-be-indexed-

I always choose to index the book myself, in order to be able to add notes. Or sometimes, like with The Tea Table, I indexed it and then hoped that the user who had been unable previously to add a specific recipe note would now move her note to the correct recipe. However, that didn't happen. I guess she's an inactive user. Now that I look at her page I see that all of her notes were written in 2013 and nothing since then.

Thanks Wester.... I knew there must be a workaround it was just a matter of working it out!

You are correct wester - that member cancelled her membership back in 2017. Hopefully she will return one day and can then move her Note.
