If you are after a Chinese style wonton, then napa cabbage and dry mushroom would not be off limit. Crab is pretty delicate, so I'd skip on things like rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and dark soy. White pepper and some light soy. Touch of sugar. Perhaps some grated ginger. No garlic.
