Rinshin - you can search this topic to see if there have been listings. At top right you will see "Search the Forum". Click that then select "Give us your feedback" as the Forum and enter "woks" in keywords. You would then see two other members - apattin 7 months ago and kaufmanap 3 months ago - also requested that blog. But that is fine if you also add it, it helps to know how many members are interested in a blog.

I believe several blogs deserve some consideration as additions.  These three are very reliable - the first is amazing in terms of well tested recipes with great flavor.  The second is an author who may be considering a book deal and the third is a former caterer.  I believe all are ones that will have longevity.

• Once Upon a Chef (weekly updates).   Others have recommended this blog.  Jenn also has a book.  I was one who helped with pre-publicataion testing but actually she is so passionate about detail, I doubt she received many comments that required an edit.  Jenn is a trained chef.


• Recipe Tin Eats - from Australia.  Diverse set of recipes and also reliable outcomes, although Once Upon A Chef is my ultimate on tested recipes.


• Feasting at Home - reliabe, interesting, from a former caterer.

Others to consider are: Gimme Some Oven, Cookie and Kate.
