Just bought Cook Simple: Effortless Cooking Every Day by Diana Henry (2007), 99 cents on Kindle.
Happy to have a DH cookbook in hand, but have to say that it's yet another unimpressive example of e-editing.
For one thing, iin many recipes, the ingredients are spread over two pages, a special irritant considering how few ingredients there are in most of them.
Another disappointing defect is that the recipes aren't listed anywhere, in the main Table of Contents or at the chapter openings. Since the book's indexed at EYB, that's less of an issue. Another increasingly significant benefit of EYB membership!
