  • Warm roasted veg with spiced crushed chickpeas

      Combining the smoky roasted vegetables with the spiced herby chickpeas was a great idea. The mix of chickpeas, cumin, chile. cilantro and parsley was like a chunky hummus. You could be flexible on the roasted veg - I skipped the parsnips and didn't miss them

  • Mustard and tarragon lentils

      This is such a delicious way to eat lentils! Might even become my "go to" :) I ate as a lukewarm salad due to the current heatwave, with crispy bacon. So simple, yet so good.

  • Moroccan fish with couscous

      Just made this - I overcooked the veg mix which means most of the sauce evaporated. Otherwise this is nice and pleasant for a "slimmer dinner" - to note that the flavour go better together if you cut the fish in cubes and mix the vegs with the couscous with the fish cubes - much better actually.

  • Duck stir-fry with ginger and greens

      I made this with mange tout instead of greens. It was very nice, the sauce was delicious.
