My go-to coleslaw recipe - so much better than the standard UK version (shredded onions and carrots drowned in mayo), always works, always delicious, light and healthy to boot. Quantity-wise I'd recommend using a whole head of pointed cabbage instead of just a half one. Ideal for cold suppers. Love it.
A very quick and easy recipe, the capers and lemon in the butter add a sharpness to the sauce which goes well with the fish. An almost instant supper!
Great taste and texture, but all those frozen fruit make the smoothie really quite cold - definitely one for summer, not winter. The quantities of ingredients are certainly flexible and can be amended to taste or availability. Love the addition of nuts in the smoothie. Will definitely make again, but probably with less frozen fruit.
