      p. 58 – Outstanding! This recipe sounded delicious so the bar was set fairly high when we decided to give it a try. I’m delighted to report that the finished dish exceeded our expectations. We loved how bright and flavourful the chicken tasted. The ultra-lemony sauce worked perfectly with the earthy, smoky flavours of the grill. This is a dish I’d happily serve to company and one that I know will hold a place of honour on our menus this summer. I’d highly recommend this one.       p. 95 – A perfect summery pasta dish. I decided to grill vs sauté the zucchini and the dish worked beautifully and came together in no time. I added some grated lemon zest for a pop of brightness and I finished the dish with a dusting of grated parmesan and some fresh basil. I served this alongside Rao’s Grilled Lemon Chicken – a perfect pairing. Company-worthy dish well worth repeating.
