  • Pork mince salad with hoisin dressing

      I made a few subs as this was made during COVID-19 lockdown so I used what I had. Swapped Savoy for regular cabbage. Used red onion finely diced instead of spring onions. Instead of water chestnuts, I used raw choko, cut into matchsticks. A delicious flavoursome salad.
