This recipe was so easy and so good that it is a new all-time favourite. I didn't have minced chicken, but my food processer soon made a chicken breast into mince. Also I just used red onions instead of the three types listed.
A good basic Asian style salad, but nothing remarkable. The quantity of salad is nowhere near enough for 4, it was just enough for 2 with a few cherry tomatoes and snow peas added to bulk it up. I thought 2 hours at 200deg was going to be too much but it worked well and we got pretty good crackling.

The recipe doesn't specify, but I prefer this with wide flat noodles as illustrated.
