  • Seville orange marmalade puddings

    • Pamsy on November 14, 2021

This book has just been indexed and I'm not sure if that's a good thing! Now, when I do an ingredient search, all these naughty but lovely puddings will appear! For 2 people, reduce the ingredients by 75% and steam for 1 hour in individual plastic basins, no need to grease them. Instead of an egg, use 50mls milk. Really quick and easy to prep. Serve with custard for pudding heaven!

  • Maple, walnut and banana pudding

    • Pamsy on January 30, 2023

This had a lovely banana flavour. Halved the recipe and used plastic 1pt basin, steamed for 75 mins. Didn't do the walnuts and maple syrup topping and reduced syrup to 30mls. Omitted the egg and wouldn't use egg replacer in the future. Did increase the milk by 30mls to compensate. Will definitely make again.

  • Gooseberry and almond pudding

    • Pamsy on July 28, 2022

Another excellent gooseberry recipe, Quick to prepare, baked in the air fryer for 40 mins. Leftovers were good for lunch the following day.
