Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Cotillion club punch

    • TrishaCP on February 16, 2017

This was potent but very good if you like rye whiskey. We did add a bit of sweetener (agave) to make it more drinkable.

  • Double spice punch

    • TrishaCP on February 16, 2017

This is an apple-flavored punch that is extremely attractive to serve- we've previously done so during winter holidays (Christmas and New Year's). It uses spiced rum, applejack, and cognac, and can be dangerous to drink, as the alcohol is very subtle!

  • Glögg

    • TrishaCP on January 01, 2018

This was our first time making glögg, and this version was comforting, spicy, and warming.
