      I used ground cumin rather than cumin seeds because my husband doesn’t like “hard things” in his food. This was an interesting and delicious way to eat Brussels sprouts. I also omitted the brown sugar because I’m eating low-carb.

      The entire dish feels very "luxe" with gooey cheese, pancetta, leeks and mushrooms. It is incredibly rich. This dish is very mushroom-y. If you like mushrooms, make this dish.
