  • Hatch chile corn pudding

This was okay. I baked it a day ahead of time and then reheated it and that worked out fine. I might suggest a more flavorful and sharper cheese than Monterey Jack.

Reviews about Recipes in this Book

  • Sorghum-sweetened chocolate pecan pie

    • Bitten Word

Anyway, this pie. It's amazing. It's phenomenal. The combo of the crunchy toasted pecans, the darkly sweet chocolate, and the bitter-tinged sorghum is absolutely out of this world.
