    I have the 1926 edition. I made the Casserole of Beef with Raisins. The recipe was a bit confusing. I did brown the beef before adding to the casserole with the ham and rest of the items. I used a bit extra water. I used golden raisins because I prefer them. The casserole was delicious, and it’s something I’ll definitely make again.
