    Braised Pineapple Pork Chops w/Garlic-Ginger Glaze went over big with the men in my house. Finishing the glaze took longer than cooking the pork chops. Miss Vickie likes to make glazes and sauces after the main portion of the dish has been cooked, adding some time to the preparation length. Read through the recipe to make sure you have enough time. Some recipes not really "real fast".
