      This is like a quick version of veal Stroganoff with pork. I have to admit i prefer the complete slow cooked version. Anyway it was nice enough, but nothing special and i don't think i would bother to make again. I subbed vodka for wine which i didn't have.

  • Chilli-salt sea bass with Baja sauce

      This was nice, super quick and pleasant to eat. Especially the dip which did turn up a bit too liquid, maybe because my proportions may have been a bit off!
