Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Grilled pork chops with tomatillo salsa

    • Laura on August 27, 2014

We really enjoyed this salsa. It has a wonderful smoky taste and is quite spicy -- made a nice accompaniment to the pork chops. It was also great with scrambled eggs the next morning. It would be good as a dip for tortilla chips as well.

  • Grilled garlic-marinated baby zucchini

    • Foodycat on July 07, 2018

I'm never sure if marinading adds that much, but I do think stabbing the zucchini meant there was a garlic flavour all the way through. It was very good!
