    My mother bought this wonderful collection back in the 1970’s. I purchased it for myself when her’s began to breakdown from overuse. To this day I haven’t found a better collection of global cuisines, cooking techniques and tips. This well-named Encyclopedia of Cookery introduced me to the world of different food tastes and a lifelong love of food and cooking.
