Excellent quick noodle dish. After frying the pork and removing it from the pan, I fried carrots, mangetout, peppers and cabbage to add some vegetables and bulk it up. Made another batch of sauce/marinade with some water and cornflour and added towards the end before mixing in the noodles. M was very happy to take it to school for lunch
