I downloaded this recipe to my Paprika app since I don’t have the cookbook and I needed to scale it down from 10 servings to 2. It was surprisingly easy to make and very tasty. Even my husband, who doesn’t like pickles, liked it. Changes that I made: - I used pickle relish instead of chopping up a sweet pickle. - I used pickle juice instead of the apple cider vinegar. Both are acidic, and you always get pickle juice when you're trying to get relish out of a bottle. - I spritzed the cooked pasta with a little grapeseed oil to keep it from clumping.
