      Followed the timing instructions for this recipe to use with the rack of spare ribs that were on sale this week. Rubbed the ribs with bbq seasoning and used some leftover miso broth as the liquid (no impact, could also just use water). Ribs came out wonderfully tender. Broiled them with.bbq sauce for a few minutes while getting the rest of dinner ready. Yum!
