    The Galloping Gourmet always had some useful recipes -- even when introducing a new appliance 30 years ago. Fennel baked cod with tomatoes and feta cheese (pg 154) is one such recipe. The tomatoes and feta are cooked separately from the fish ... the feta essential serving as the salt for the tomatoes. This is a very nice recipe that I come back to occasionally. Unfortunately, this is close to a Portuguese cod dish I've been making for 50 years so it's never become a standard in the rotation.
