This book was a sweet gift from my son and is therefore a lovely and very much appreciated gift. That said, with only 14 recipes, this is less of a cookbook than most magazines, even those not devoted to cooking or food. There are more recipes in your average supermarket magazine. This was purchased in the souvenir shop at Windsor Castle and fits right in with all the other tourist pap. It will certainly not expand your cooking repertoire. If you want a real Royal cookbook try: Fit For A Royal Dane: Gastronomic Views and Recipes of Prince Henrik The Prince Consort of Denmark.
