  • Granny's leftover lamb shepherd's pie

      Excellent use of leftover lamb from grilled shoulder chops. Chopped lamb in food processor fairly fine, worked well.

  • Spiced pork chops with ginger and mango relish

      I enjoyed this but my partner wasn't a fan of the mango. DH states to marinate the chops for a couple of hours but that wasn't practical for me, so I marinated them for around five hours without the lime juice, and added that for just the final half hour. Very fresh, zingy and filling. I thought it might need brown rice to accompany it but I ate it with a crispy salad and that was plenty. Leftovers were delicious as a cold lunch the next day.

  • Japanese ginger and garlic chicken with smashed cucumber

      This was really good. As Diana says in her recipe note, the combination of hot spicy chicken and cool cucumber is sensational. I also made the other suggested side, edamame and sugar snap pea salad - that was really good too. I will definitely be making this again.
