      This has become a real family favourite. We have made it with lots of different vegetables and it has always been good. And it's great cold for lunch the next day if you happen to have some over.

      This is a very popular dessert and so easy to make. I make it in individual ramekins that just hold one large croissant ripped into several pieces with the fruit and custard.
