      Not a whole lot of flavour was imparted to the fish. Not worth wasting a bottle of wine!

      I had to make the white sauce twice, but it split even the second time around. I ended up making my standard white sauce (without cooking for the stated 10 mins) & proceeded with the recipe. It was an ok recipe, but nothing especially memorable (except the cursed white sauce!).
