      Like that this is 7 parts sugar to 10 liquid so slightly less sweet. Don't be impatient and bash the crabapples :) Flexed this with a River Cottage recipe - found the set point came about more at 15 mins on a fast rolling boil rather than the 35 mins mentioned in the recipe.
