  • Baked sharon fruit

    • eeeve on October 09, 2015

This was okay (after having read the reviews on the Waitrose website I had expected much worse), but it wasn't exactly great either. The fruit tasted actually quite nice and were meltingly soft, but I found the skins had become really tough, which was a bit off-putting. Probably wont be making this dish again.

  • Banana, oat and nut muffins

    • eeeve on April 20, 2020

We liked these a lot, though made a few changes-- used olive/avocado oil instead of coconut oil, only 70g of honey (and not 180g of maple syrup), mix of rye/wheat flour and added some dark chocolate chips. Definitely were plenty sweet.

  • Tuscan sausage and white bean stew

    • PennyB2309 on December 31, 2014

Really tasty. I made this without the extra water and with haricot beans as that was what I had in. The whole family enjoyed it - would cook again.
