      As mentioned in the comments; add garlic, ginger and 5 spice powder for more flavour.

  • Steamed bao buns

      Followed the recipe exactly, using my mixer for the dough. Turned out perfectly! Instead of measuring out the dough in a log, I worked out that each one should be 50g (though this makes quite big buns, for canapé you would need more like 20). Would use this recipe again.
