      Wow!! Delicious!! I didn't use sundried tomato since I am allergic to it. We used garden tomatoes. This was a fantastic sandwich - much better than you would expect for something that is made that quickly!

      This was good. I used green beans from my garden. Didn't take 10 minutes to steam them! Be sure breadcrumbs are really small - otherwise they just soak up all the oil.

      This was a delightful little side dish, actually tasty enough that I could see eating it as my lunch with some crusty bread. I did use frozen green beans & dried basil, but certainly fresh beans & basil would make it even better. Olive oil & red wine vinegar were substituted for the Italian dressing.
