  • Fried Italian turkey-and-cheese meatballs

      This is a really good use of leftover turkey. The meatballs are almost a cross between a meatball and a croquette. They have good flavor. All they are missing is a dipping sauce. Either a spicy marinara or an aioli would probably go well.

      I adore this recipe. Such a great way to mix up the typical coleslaw concept and the perfect mix of sweet, savory and acid. Found myself eating this out of the refrigerator with a fork.       Not a bad recipe and a good bring-to-work lunch. I liked the grilling of the limes a lot but overall think this salad had a little too much onion flavor and acid for my liking.
