Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Brussels sprouts with walnut dressing, lemon and pecorino

    • KarinaFrancis on July 23, 2018

Very nice combination, I’d go a bit heavier on the lemon if I did it again. I roasted the sprouts for 20mins @ 220deg instead of pan frying. The pecorino really works well with the walnuts and sprouts

  • Honey-caramel almond slice

    • debkellie on June 16, 2015

Recipe doesn't mention oven temp: I used 180 (fan forced) and it worked well. The pastry was slightly pernickety, so I rolled it directly onto the gladbake paper and then transferred paper and pastry to the slice tray.
