Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Flour tortillas

    • crandall57 on November 11, 2023

Delicious! We used a ziplock bag (cut open) and no tapioca and it worked great. David had a little trouble with them sticking to his hand. Used them for quesadillas.

  • Honey-mustard dipping sauce

    • crandall57 on May 11, 2026

This sauce was great with the soft pretzels from The Art of Gluten Free Bread. I omitted the red pepper and used almost 1/2 hot honey. I will make this my go to sauce for pretzels.

  • Chocolate wafer cookies

    • crandall57 on May 18, 2024

These were good plain, but much better with the chocolate mint coating. Definitely reminds us of girl scout cookies.

  • Leite's Culinaria

There are a lot of gluten-free cookbooks...but they don’t put breakfast or dinner on the table each day. But Jeanne Sauvage does...It’s a keeper.
