      This is a very nice recipe. The biscotti sliced beautifully. Next time I have to be a bit more organized used way too many bowls

      This was an easy recipe to make. When making it again I would half the ganache recipe. Also they don't mention dusting the teatowel with cocoa

      I'm originally from quebec and have tasted many maple pies. This one was one of the best I've had.The filling was creamy but easy to cut and it wasn't too sweet. Thumbs up from everyone. I served it with whip cream. Crust was the vodka one
