  • Olive Garden Toscana soup

Great recipe. I've never tried at the restaurant but whole family enjoys this. I have used various greens from Kale to Sweet Potato, all good.

  • Ruth's Chris Steak House creamed spinach

    • jay.moe on November 23, 2022

This is quick and easy to make. It's a typical creamed spinach recipe, nothing fancy, but tastes good. Substituted half-and-half for the heavy cream. Could even substitute whole milk to cut a few more calories.

  • T.G.I. Friday's potato skins

    • Kitiara121 on June 12, 2022

Mixed a mild cheddar cheese with a garlic cheddar cheese. The result was fabulous

    • laurelgbakker on November 25, 2023

The author tweaked the method from a previous version and the result is excellent. It's now our go-to method for potato skins. We'll be trying different types of toppings next time.

This came out really tasty and crispy! I had mine without bacon and my husband loved his with bacon. I didn’t cut out the middle part and used 6 potatoes since mine weren’t that big. Will definitely do again.

Love this recipe. Taste like TGIF's. I buy the frozen ones from the grocery store for convenience but when I'm having a party I make these because they are much more economical to make when you need to feed a crowd. Just made a bunch for my Superbowl party last night and they did not disappoint

Publishers Text

Wilbur, building on the popularity of his books revealing McDonald's Big Mac special sauce and Twinkies' filling, continues to plumb the shallows of chain-restaurant cooking. Here he tells the home cook how to make favorite dishes from such popular chains as Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, and dozens more.
