      This is the first taco rice recipe I’ve made and it won’t be the last. A great midweek dinner however I need to increase the beef and cherry tomato portions. This is going to be on regular rotation as the whole family loved it.

      I subbed trevally for blue-eye trevalla (much cheaper fish).. this was truly excellent, quick, tasty, easy. Highly recommend!
