      Wow. If you make this recipe, the 4 cups of boiling water to 2 cups of couscous will serve not 4 people, but more like at least 8! If you don't add any stock (I added a can of chicken stock), you will have nothing but a dry, throat-choking dish. DON'T add the pile of couscous to the dish as indicated.....spoon some into a bowl and serve the rest of the chicken/vegetables on top. I can't understand the lack of adding any liquid to this recipe and the proportions are way off. Use your own judgment, but don't follow this recipe to the letter or you will be disappointed!
