  • Thai curry & pork sesame noodles

Nothing earth shattering, but a good way to clean out the veggie bin. I stir-fried my veggies (mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli) even though the recipe calls for raw. Used Thai green chile paste and the sauce had a nice kick to it. Also substitute mint and Thai basil for the cilantro.

  • Roasted eggplant, zucchini & pork bowls

This was OK, but we weren't crazy about the sauce. It seemed to have a lot of disparate ingredients that just didn't come together well (at least for us!). Unfortunately, without the sauce, the dish is very bland. I like the idea of this recipe, but not the result.
