  • Steak salad with tomato vinaigrette

      This is kind of involved but it looks fabulous on the serving platter and all the ingredients work together very well. My husband doesn’t like spicy food, and even he agreed the one teaspoon of adobo sauce gives the dressing just the right “kick.”
