  • Spicy tamarind salmon with bok choy and almonds

      Had to make my own Thai Chilli Jam (using a DH recipe); so took a little longer than it ought, but end result very tasty. Perhaps a little palm sugar would have balanced out the tamarind... may try that if I ever come back to the recipe!
