  • One-pan spaghetti with nduja, fennel & olives

      Lovely flavour, albeit the fennel didn't really come through. First time cooking a one-pan pasta dish; we used gluten-free spaghetti and it worked well (I've seen recommendations not to try this method with gluten-free pasta but forgot to tell my husband that before he decided he would cook!), so I may now try some others that I've seen.

      Yum! I made two 6inch cakes, and they fell slightly so maybe needed longer in the oven. But nice recipe!

  • Spicy cauliflower rice with minty cucumber raita

      Very tasty. Used white basmati and wild rice.

  • Spicy Singapore noodles

      Delicious. Only changes I made were to use twice the quantity of rice noodles and substitute Pak Choi for the Chinese cabbage. I used Schwartz mild curry powder.
