  • Smoky tomato baked beans

      I had a glut of cherry tomatoes so this week has been a major cherry tomato week... this made for a nice breakfast dish, and really benefitted from the addition of Sriracha sauce. I reckon it would be great with some chopped chorizo through it for added pep!

  • Mango & sour cream cake

      Great way to use up a couple of mangoes that were languishing in the fruit bowl. Makes a big cake that is relatively plain and relies heavily on the icing. Nice with a cup of tea.
