Beef teriyaki skewers (pg 103) - I wish the book indicated the state from which they got the recipes. This teriyaki is definitely not Japanese - molasses and mustard rather give that away. But the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic give it a teriyaki feel. I used fresh ginger not powdered ginger. I made half with pineapple and half with mango. The skewers? Well, they merit mention only in the title. I added some to give a bit of fair food flair and put some rice underneath. No I didn't go as far as a paper container ... but while not super, I can see repeating this
