      I did not have canellini beans so I was forced to use a mix of chickpeas and butter beans.I don’t think chickpeas were an ideal choice as they needed to cook a lot longer. The whole thing tasted interesting and healthy.

      Very light and fluffy. I would add the bacon bits into the batter next time.
